Cancellation

We accept order cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order. If the order is canceled you will get full refund in 2-3 days.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

30-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items

Undamaged products could be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Most importantly, we will refund you after the warehouse inspect and confirm the parcel.

• All the products and accessories must be included into the original packaging. Used/less return item will be rejected.
• Please send the return parcel pictures, tracking number and FNSKU to support email: info@artificialsky.tech. Otherwise, your return will be rejected.
• Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

반품이 접수되면 환불을 처리하는 데 영업일 기준 최대 10일이 소요될 수 있습니다. 은행 측에서 신용 카드 명세서에 크레딧이 표시되는 데 일반적으로 영업일 기준 7-10일이 소요됩니다. 분쟁이 발생한 주문의 경우 해결하는 데 3~6개월이 걸립니다.

5년 보증

우리는 모든 품질 결함에 대한 책임이 있으며 품질 문제에 대해 5년 보증을 제공합니다. 구매자가 품목을 손상/오용한 경우 보증 대상이 아닙니다.

지연되거나 누락된 환불

아직 환불을 받지 못했다면 먼저 은행 계좌를 다시 확인하세요. 그런 다음 신용 카드 회사에 문의하면 환불이 공식적으로 게시되기까지 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 환불이 게시되기 전에 약간의 처리 시간이 있는 경우가 많습니다.

분실/도난/무료/환불

과도한 열, 추위, 액체 또는 기타 외부 원인에 노출되어 발생한 모든 결함 또는 손상.
